The Dawson Creek Junior Canucks (11-5-1) welcome the Sexsmith Vipers (2-12-0) to the Memorial arena Saturday night. This marks the second meeting between the two teams this season and the first in Dawson Creek.
Last game:
The Canucks were on the road in Fort St John and the game was tied at 2 early in the second before the Huskies went on an offensive explosion and you can credit a lot of that to the power play and newcomer Cam McKinnon. McKinnon found the back of the net 4 times, added an assist and dropped the mitts to complete the Gordy Howe hat trick. The Huskies won the game 7-3.
The Canucks went 1 for 7 on the power play while the penalty kill was good only 5 of 9 times.
Head to head:
In one meeting so far this season it was the Canucks winning 6-2. Charles Radke scored a hat trick and added an assist in the victory. The Canucks went 3 for 5 on the power play while the penalty kill was good 2 of 3 times. The rest of the season series is listed:
Nov. 29 @ Dawson Creek
Dec. 5 @ Dawson Creek

Jan. 9 @ Sexsmith
