Slave Lake -- Well the Canucks have now lost two straight after a 5-3 loss last night to the Whitecourt Wolverines.  The Canucks got a pair of goals from Charles Radke and one from Jason Higson in defeat.  This is the second straight loss for Dawson Creek, both coming at the hands of the Wolverines.

Some notes from the game:

• Trevor Dahlen was a phenom with several bone crunching hits.
• Evan Weaver was solid in his first game with the Canucks.  Got some work on the top line with Colter McLean and Reed Smith.
• Power play was 1/4 while the penalty kill was 7 for 8

We got into Slave Lake last night at around 2am.   Definitely enjoyed sleeping in this morning.
